Janette's Tips 'N' Sips - Tin Foil, Magnesium Flakes & Vaseline: Does This Wrap Help Me Feel Better?

After a long stretch of walking, standing or doing too much, I frequently deal with aches and pains that make me want to slow down. In this Janette’s Tips ’N’ Sips, I put a home wrap made with aluminum foil, magnesium flakes, Epsom salt and petroleum jelly to my own, personal test. I share what I used, what the experience felt like and whether I noticed any difference. I also talk about the discomfort I experience in my neck, back, hands and feet, along with my concerns about numbness and osteoporosis. My experience is one person’s observation, not proof that this wrap treats inflammation, nerve damage, a pinched nerve or osteoporosis. Have you heard of this wrap? Tell me what you think in the comments. If you’re considering trying anything similar, check with your doctor first, especially if you have numbness, reduced sensation, swelling, sensitive skin or ongoing pain. Don’t apply a tight wrap or use it over irritated or broken skin. This video is for conversation and entertainment; it does not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
