Before stepping in front of the camera, Janette spent 17 years as the Founding Publicist of Prime Time PR and Editor of PRtalk, Canada’s only online PR magazine at the time. She taught PR courses at The Learning Annex, spoke at industry events across the Greater Toronto Area, and secured top-tier media placements for clients across print, radio, TV, satellite, and online platforms.
Her articles were featured in The York Region Business Times, where she maintained a monthly PR column for four consecutive years, as well as in various publications, blogs, and podcast interviews.
From PR Strategist to On-Camera Leader
Janette’s expertise in media marketing led her to numerous TV & radio guest expert appearances, culminating in her "Magnetic Marketing Moment" segment and a Co-Host role on Liquid Lunch. She then launched I’m Every Woman! TV on AllTalk TV and XS Networks, which she ran for eight seasons before rebranding into Janette’s TV & Janette’s TV Podcast in Seasons 9-13.
