In this Cookin' With Janette, I'm making an Easy No-Bake Cheesecake using a pre-made graham cracker crust, Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, Liberté Yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla. It's creamy, delicious, affordable, and perfect for entertaining, family gatherings, holidays, girls' nights, or simply treating yourself. No baking required! For an extra touch of affordable luxury, top with cherry pie filling, fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, and a dollop of non-dairy whipped cream. Let me know in the comments what toppings you used and how your cheesecake turned out!
