Saporito Foods: https://saporitofoods.com/ Recipe: Ingredients (Serves 2–3): 2 fresh salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, your choice) 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil) 1 lemon (zested + juiced) 2 garlic cloves (minced) Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish) Salt & pepper (to taste) Optional sides: Steamed asparagus or green beans Roasted mini potatoes or quinoa Directions: 1️⃣ Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. 2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3️⃣ Add salmon, skin side down (if using), and sear 4–5 minutes until crispy. 4️⃣ Flip gently, reduce heat, add garlic + lemon juice.
