Each consultation will include my feedback, and suggestions.


We will review a clip of you being on-camera, role-play, conduct mock interviews or speaking trials for practice and assess your progress - so you can see for yourself how far you have come.


You will receive the video recording for your reference and playback, along with my templates, exercises, resources, and in-between session email support.

  • You choose how much of time you want to spend with me and purchase it via PayPal in 1, 2 or 4-hour blocks.

  • You then use your time up as you wish, either by the hour, half-hour, or in 15-minute increments.

  • You click on my calendar and book your session day and time with me. Please book at least one week before your scheduled media interview or virtual speaking engagement. Express sessions available 48 hours in advance (depending on my availability). PLEASE NOTE: If we are covering more complex topics such as devising your interview questions, Signature Speech, or PowerPoint Presentation, initially, we will need a full 1-hour together.

  • A confirmation will be emailed to you with my link to connect with me on Zoom, or by phone – as you prefer.

  • Ahead of our first session, you complete a media interview, speech, video, LIVE or meeting intake form so we both fully understand your goals and what topic(s) you want to focus on in your session (s).

  • Day of our session, I will greet you as I would when I interview a guest and our time together will start.

  • After each session (including any subsequent document review, edit, correction, or email that you want me to respond to), I will track and advise you how much time remains on your purchase.
